- 1. The subject of the order is the transport by own means of transport of disabled children living in the city and commune of Kostrzyn to educational institutions located in, among others, the cities of PoznaΕ, Zalasewo, Swarzdz and Roda Wielkopolska (as well as other towns, in the event of such necessity) and providing children with care during transport within the deadline for completing the subject of the order. The service will be provided during the school year. In the event of making up for classes on another day free from school classes, the Contractor is obliged to provide transport for children in accordance with the schedule set for the day being worked.2. Children will be transported to and from school in closed transport, i.e. the Contractor will not be able to provide transport services for children other than those reported by the Ordering Party under the contract concluded with the Ordering Party.3.
