Description:
The subject of the task is: transport of disabled students living in the Cisek commune, along with providing care during transport to schools: - Part I - transport of disabled students to the Private School Complex in Kdzierzyn-Kol, ul. Piramowicza 17, 47-200 Kdzierzyn-Kole, within 109 days from 02 January 2026 excluding days off from classes, holidays and days on which classes will not be held due to circumstances related to the occurrence of an epidemic, and in the event of introducing distance learning or another form of teaching that does not require transport of students. In the event of making up for schoolwork in on another day free from classes, the Contractor will be obliged to provide transportation for the students in accordance with the arrangements made by the person representing the Ordering Party. The Contractor will provide the transported students with care, i.e. guardians while transporting them to classes and returning them to their place of residence after the classes. Students must stay transported to schools and picked up after classes at the times specified in the order. No. 8. The transport of students must take place along the route: the student's pick-up point (the student's place of residence), the school and the school, the point of transferring the student to the student's care parents/guardians...
