Description:
1. The subject of this order is the transport of a disabled child/student from the city of Legionowo to the Rehabilitation, Education and Care Center at ul. Nadmeska 8H, 05-230 Kobyka and return to the place of residence along with the provision of care from January 2, 2026 to August 31, 2026. The subject this order covers transport services provided from January 2, 2026 to August 31, 2026 (number of delivery days 168). The transport service consists in transporting a disabled student from his place of residence, i.e. Legionowo to the school of the educational institution indicated in the order and returning him after study to the place of residence and provide care during transport. The person acting as a guardian must, in particular, ensure safety during the transport of the student/children to and from school/educational institution, provide assistance in boarding and disembarking the student/child, supervise the transfer of the child/student to and from school and pays attention to the proper behavior of the student/child during transport
