The subject of the order is the regular transportation of disabled people (children and adults) from their places of residence in the city of Owicim to educational institutions and back, along with the provision of care for the transported people, in the period from January 2, 2026 to August 31, 2026.2. Subject of the order is: a) transport of 25 disabled people in the city of Owicim, including: a.1) transport of 24 disabled people attending the Special Educational Center in Owicim (SOSW), ul.
