Description:
1.1 The subject of the order is the provision of transport services for disabled people staying at the WIGOR Senior Day Home in Dbrowa Grnicza. 1.2 The service includes: Pick up a person from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and non-working days) from the designated collection point as far as possible closest to the place of residence of each disabled person to the DDSW facilities: a) Branch No. 1 at ul. Korczaka 9a, b) Branch no. 2 at ul. Jaworowa 4ac) Headquarters at ul. Morcinka 15 and from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and non-working days) from DDSW (Branch at 1 and 2, seat) to the designated collection point as close as possible to the place of residence of each disabled person.1.3 Number of people using the service: Estimated number of disabled people using the transport per day, minimum 50, maximum 60, including a maximum of 6 people in wheelchairs.1.4 Date and time service provision: Service completion date: Order completion from January 2, 2026. until December 31, 2026.
