Description:
The subject of the contract is the transport of disabled students living in the city of Jastrzębie-Zdroj in the 2025/2026 school year from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026 on the Dom-Kindergarten / School / Facility-House-House together with providing care during the journey, in accordance withart. 39 paragraph 4 and art. 32 paragraph 6 of the Act of 14 December 2016 Educational Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 737, as amended).in Katowice, a rehabilitation, educational and educational center in Żory, the Special School Complex Mother Teresa of Calcutta in Żory.
B) Part II - Special Kindergarten, Primary School No. 5, Primary School No. 23 and to the School Complex No. 9 located in the city.
