4.1. The subject of the fall is a wider of non -erential students in the DBE commune of Wielkie from the place of residence to schools and wrapping squares and back together with providing care during the transport in the school year 2025/2026 in order to implement the school's obligation and the obligation of students' education pursuant to art. 39 para. 1 and 2 of the Act of December 14, 2016, wrapping law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 737, as amended) (from home to school/wrapping square and back).
