Description:
Transport service for the transport of employees on the Libiszów - Warsaw Grochów - Libiszów route. Car for up to 20 people. Contract for 12 months - January 19, 2026 - January 18, 2027. Delivery of employees on working days. Scope: 1. Net price for 1 business day (also applies to Saturdays if necessary)2. Payment terms - transfer3. Service implementation time - from 19/01/2026 to 18/01/20274. Offer validity period - min. 60 days. Offer evaluation criteria: Net price, payment deadline - (min. 14 days) and delivery time of the car(s). replacement in the event of a breakdown (min 30 min max -120 min) We assume 2 rounds in the procedure. Second round - negotiation and final. 1st round from December 12, 2025 to December 16, 2025 at 10:00 Failure of a company to submit an offer in the 1st round automatically excludes the company from possibility of submitting an offer in round 2. We require submitting an offer in each round of the procedure in the form of an attachment in a PDF file (in the event of a change in the terms of the offer) with signatures of authorized persons and submitting an offer in the Purchasing Platform form in each round. We reserve the right to reject offers that do not meet all the requirements of the specified specifications and guidelines in the Ordering Party's request for quotation. We require a declaration of acceptance of the attached draft contract (in the case of necessary to change a provision in the contract, please submit your proposal via the Questions/Information form.
