- 1. The subject of the contract is the successive provision of transport services on the euro pallets and semi-euros half-pads together with transport documents from the Employer's warehouses located:
Feliks Rzewuski 1, 28-100 Busko-Zdroj,
b) wool 178, 28-100 Busko-Zdroj,
- to the place target, located in the territory of the Republic of Poland, determined each time by the Ordering Party.
The service includes the supply of feedback pallets, semi-feedback pallets, returnable packaging (transporters), bottles from contractors, together with transport documents, to the Employer's warehouses for the needs of the Zdrojowa Production Plant.
2. The resortment transported on euro pallets and semi-euros, commissioned by the Employer is:
a) mineral water in PET packaging (0.5l, 0.7l 1.5l),
b) Water in glass packaging (0.7 l, 1l) with transporters.
3. The shipment will take place from maintaining the required dimensions of the parcel:
a) half-patent measuring 800x600x144 mm, weight 9.5 kg
b) palette measuring 1200x800x144 mm, weight 25 kg
4. Translas cover the area of the entire territory of the Republic of Poland.
5. Estimated amounts of transported have been established for the needs of this proceeding euro pallets and semi-euros, for the implementation of the contract during its validity:
1) Transport of euro pallets with loading weighing 0-500 kg
- Estimated number of pallets determined for the duration of the contract 1080 pieces.
2) Transport of euro pallets with loading weighing 501 - 1000 kg
