Description:
1. The subject of the order is transport to classes of participants of the Community Self-Help Home in Kozow in 2026. 2. The service includes transport and pick-up of DS participants every day from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. 3. Transport will be carried out in accordance with the transport schedule prepared by the Contractor and accepted by the Ordering Party.4. The contractor will submit a monthly summary of the services provided on a monthly basis, this document will be an attachment to the invoice.5. Estimated number of participants - 35 people delivered (the number of people may change to a maximum of 45 people) + guardian for each vehicle, an employee of the Ordering Party6. Estimated max. number of kilometers 4,100 per month for 2 vehicles. (The ordering party provides for the possibility of reducing the number of kilometers traveled)7.
