2. Name of the item according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV 60130000-8 - transport services.
3. The subject of the order was divided into 2 parts:
Part No. 1 consists of two tasks:
•Sanitary transport of hospital patients in position lying down
•Sanitary transport of patients at the Dialysis Center in a lying position
Part No. 2
Ambulance transport of hospital patients in a lying position over 300 km.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order, estimated quantities and conditions under which the subject of the order will be implemented are set out in the annexes.
