Short description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is the service of transporting the property of the Marshal's Office of the Małopolska Voivodship between locations located in Krakow, among others: Naul. Racławicka 56, at ul. Zacisze 5, at ul. Wielickiej 72 at ul. Royal 57 and Naul. Tower 22 at ul. Radziwiłłowska 1 together with lodging on a storey. 2. The order will be granted in 2 parts: a) Part I Contract: Transport of property (small small amounts of property, i.e. less than 50 pieces) 3. Conditions for the implementation of the order are included in the planned provisions of the public procurement contract that will be introduced into the content of this agreement - the agreement of the contract and account for Annex No. 1CA to SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract) .4. Detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) with a list of locations together with floors constitutes Annex 1 to the contract formula for a given part of the contract. 5.
