Description: The concept of transport service is understood as the transport of patients dialysis to "minibus" cars (7-9 seats) adapted to transport patients moving on wheelchairs and at least one car adapted to the carriage of patients in a lying position, guaranteeing comfortable and peaceful transport patients.
Transport by vehicles by the contractor (4-change system) will be provided from the place of residence of patients to the Diasis Hospital stations in Chrzanów and back and if necessary for transplant centers. Transport of patients should take place by groups, taking into account the place of residence, after agreement and accepting the transport schedule set by the Ordering Party
