KLDKS Description of the order: 2. Under the concept of transport deliveries, the transitions are understood by the patients of the dialysis station to the minibus motor (7-9 seats) adapted to the carriage of patients who are moving on disability and at least one car adapted to the carriage of patients in a back position, guaranteeing comfortable and calm transport of patients. 3. Transportation by means of cars (DOWZ and IMPLEMENTING) will be granted from the place of residence of patients to the Diasis Hospital Diasis Station in Chrzanów and back and if necessary for transplantation orods. Transport of patients should be grouped, taking into account the place of residence, after arranging and accepting the dialysis plan set by the Ordering Party. A punctual import and reflection of OSB dialized to and from the dialysis station is required to provide a regular and inconscious operation of dialysis stations.
