1. The subject of the order is a transport service provided to participants of the Day Care Home in Somków in the Aleksandrw Kujawski Commune.2. The detailed scope of the order and the terms of implementation are specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 8 to the Specification of Order Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the Specification of Terms and Conditions.
