- The subject of the contract is the performance of a service for the Ordering Party consisting in the organization of the delivery of disabled students together with the provision of care, to specialist educational institutions located in the Municipality of Krakow, the Wieliczka Commune and the Commune of MyΕlenice and their passage after school classes together with the transport of students to additional classes organized and implemented by educational institutions (all kinds of binding classes, sports competitions, thematic trips, occasional events, etc. - including the possibility of carrying out individual transport).
Period The order processing includes the 2025/2026 school year in the period 01/09/2025 - 26/06/2026.
The service does not include transport for various types of support, corrective, rehabilitation classes, etc., which do not take place in connection with the course of school activities organized and conducted by the parent the student's educational institution, and in which the student participates as a result of the individual decision of the parent/legal guardian.
Estimated number of working days during the order is 188, including:
- in 2025 - 79 days,
- in 2026 - 109 days.
