- 1. The subject of the order includes the provision of transport services for participants of the Senior Club as part of the project entitled CUS II for the Bechatow district, Task 5 - Zelw Senior Club for dependent people.2. Transport will take place within the city and commune of Zelw, according to the route agreed with the Manager Senior Club, based on the transport service schedule with the possibility of updating it. Transport services should be provided for an average of 30 people a day, dependent people to the Senior Club, address: Zalesie No. 27, 97-425 Zelw.3. The transport service will be provided on working days, i.e. 251 days a week 2026, 5 days a week: Monday to Friday, except public holidays, in the following hours: 1) morning route, bringing participants to the Senior Club headquarters at 08:00. The starting point from which the kilometers of this route will be counted is the home address of the first person who will be delivered on a given day. The end point to which the kilometers of this route will be counted will be the Senior Club in Zalesie 27, 97-425 Zelw.
