1.1. The subject of the order are daily transport services for the needs of the Health Care Complex No. 2 in Rzeszow during the working hours of health care facilities in the area of the indicated municipalities that belong to the organizational structure of the Ordering Party. PACKAGE No. 1 transport services in the area of the municipalities: Trzebownisko, Chmielnik1.2. Transport services include: - Primary Health Care services, including: performing doctor's, nurse's and midwife's visits, - transport of household materials, small medical equipment from and to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, - transport of blood, medicines, vaccines and laboratory results in accordance with the Ordering Party's procedure of August 17, 2020, symbol KZ 9.1.1, along with change cards entitled Transport and storage of vaccines and other heat-labile medicinal products, which constitutes an Annex to this document specifications.
