- 1. The subject of the order are transport services for movable property, i.e. furniture and items originating from the evictions and evictions of tenants and users of residential and commercial premises in 2026, managed by the Ordering Party. Subject of the order includes: a) transport of furniture, appliances, equipment and other movable property, hereinafter referred to as "movable property", in connection with the eviction and eviction of tenants and users of residential and commercial premises b) removal and disposal of movable property from warehouses deposits of the Ordering Party.2.The services will be performed in Bytom in real estate managed by the Ordering Party and in deposit warehouses belonging to the Ordering Party located in Bytom at ul. Oświęcimska 31a and ul. Energy 3.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor is obliged to specify in the Offer Form the time of commencement of the emergency provision of the transport service. 5. The minimum time required by the Ordering Party to commence the service is 4 hours from receiving information from the Ordering Party. 6. The maximum time required by the Ordering Party to join the service is 48 hours from receiving information from the Ordering Party. 7. The time of joining the service is offered by the Contractor in the "Offer" form. (Appendix No. 3a to SWZ). The contractor may offer to shorten the time required to start the service in the offer evaluation criterion K2.8.
