Description:
1. Description of the subject of the order The subject of the order are transport services consisting in transporting children and school students from the Mikstat commune from their town of residence to the Primary School. Ewaryst Estkowskiego in Mikstat and to the Public Kindergarten in Mikstat, and then take them back, to the place of residence in 2026, i.e. from January 7, 2026 to December 17, 2026. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide the above-mentioned services with at least two buses at the same time. The Contractor shall ensure the number of buses enabling the provision of the service in a manner consistent with applicable law, in particular especially if the number of persons transported is limited by law. Provides a replacement bus in case any of the other buses breaks down. The year of production of each of the buses used by the Contractor to provide the service cannot be lower than 2012 and the number of seats cannot be less than 60 in each vehicle. For the purposes of implementing the subject of the contract, the Contractor will provide vehicles appropriate to the number of children and students transported, along with a driver and guardian, providing seats for all transported persons. osb.Contractor...
