- Transportation (drive and delivery) of disabled students from the Santok commune to educational institutions in Gorzów Wielkopolski, to the Primary School. general prof. Elbieta Zawacka in Santok located in the School and Kindergarten Complex in Santok and to the Special Center School and Educational Center in Lipki Wielkie in the school year 2025/2026, i.e. from January 7, 2026 to June 26, 2026, based on the delivery and collection schedule (Appendix No. 10 to the specification of essential terms of the order), on provincial, district and municipal roads thorough. According to the initial estimate developed by the Ordering Party, the daily number of students to be transported (understood as transport on the route from the student's home to the student's home) will be approximately 34 students. The number of students may change because of the preparation day of these proceedings, the Ordering Party relies on the number of children transported to educational institutions on June 26, 2025. The ordering party allows changing the number of people up to a maximum of 25 on one route (but not more than 50 under the contract) without the need to change remuneration for the Contractor. Details of the routes are specified in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
