Transport of students of classes II and III of Wałbrzych Primary Schools with guardians for swimming learning to the Wałbrzych Sports and Recreation Center "Aqua-Zdroj" together with passing after class ...
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service by the Contractor, consisting in the transport of students Classes II and III of Wałbrzych Primary Schools with guardians for swimming science classes, to the "Aqua-Zdroj" Sports and Recreation Center in Wałbrzych (ul. Ratuszowa 6, 58-304 Wałbrzych) together with release after classes to school, in accordance with the requirements below:
a) service performed only on days school classes, from September 15, 2025 to June 25, 2026, according to the schedule, constituting Annex 1 to the contract,
20 minutes before the start of planned swimming classes,
c) After the swimming education classes, the departure to the school of students and guardians must take place after min. 30-50 minutes, necessary for drying and dressing up, depending on the needs of the data groups of students to which the contractor must adapt,
d) for each hour of classes specified in the schedule, referred to in lit. a, 2 groups of students with guardians must be transported with one vehicle,
e) The contracting authority provides carers during transport.
f) Pursuant to art. 22b of the Act on counteracting threats of sexual crime and the protection of minors of May 13, 2016 (i.e. Journal of Laws of U. 2024 item 1802) The Contractor is obliged to develop and implement standards for the protection of minors during the performance of the service of transporting children and young people to schools.
