Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of transport services for students to schools and kindergartens run by the Subice Municipality, back and forth, on open lines established by the transport contractor, with priority for students with a monthly ticket (at the ticket prices determined in these proceedings), according to the schedule presented in this specification. Moreover, the Contractor is obliged to allow children and teenagers to travel to and from schools (based on monthly tickets) on its other open lines, in order to carry out extracurricular activities or return the children home earlier.2. The Contractor provides security for students, in the number estimated in section 8 and guardians, one for each route, on the lines they have created, according to the schedule presented therein.3. The Contractor secures transport on all lines on days when educational classes are held in schools, educational, care or school celebrations.4.
