Description:
package no. 1 transport service for students to schools as part of regular transport, monthly tickets. The subject of the order is the provision of transport services for the purpose of transporting and returning students to and from school facilities. It is recommended that the Contractor familiarize himself with the routes before submitting an offer. Carrying out transport services is closely related to the organization of the school year, of which the Contractor is aware when submitting the offer. In package No. 1, care for the students is provided by the Ordering Party (the Contractor does not include the costs of caregivers in the offer price). The Ordering Party reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks, in accordance with Art. 60 i art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law. By key tasks, the Ordering Party understands the delivery and pick-up of students using rolling stock adapted to public transport services, along with providing a driver and a guardian (on two routes of package no. 2).
