Description:
package no. 2 transport service for disabled students to schools, the so-called kilometer The subject of the order is the provision of transport services to transport and return students to and from school facilities. It is recommended that the Contractor familiarize himself with the routes before submitting an offer. Carrying out transport services is closely related to the organization of the school year, of which the Contractor is aware when submitting the offer. In package No. 2, the Ordering Party provides guardians only on route No. 1 (to Karczmiska). This means that in package no. 2, routes no. 2 and 3 (to Kowali and Matczyn), the Contractor must include the cost of the caregiver in the offer price. on each route. The Ordering Party reserves the obligation to personally perform key tasks by the Contractor, in accordance with Art. 60 and art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law. By key tasks, the Ordering Party understands the delivery and pick-up of students with a rolling stock adapted to public transport services, along with providing a driver and ensuring guardian (on two routes of package no. 2).
