- TASK No. 1 Transport students to special institutions in Pszczyna and to the Educational, Medical and Rehabilitation Center for Children and Youth in Rudotowice1. this task involves providing transport services for students with disabilities, along with providing care, in accordance with Art. 39 section 4 points 1 and 2 and if necessary, art. 32 section 6 of the Act of December 14, 2016, Education Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Education Law, from the Suszec Commune to the Special School Complex No. 3 in Pszczyna, Primary School No. 6 with Integration Departments in Pszczyna and the Center Education, Treatment and Rehabilitation Center for Children and Youth in Rudotowice, on school days, in accordance with the organization of the school year 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 and in the case of the Education, Treatment and Rehabilitation Center for Children and Youth in Rudotowice, in accordance with the organization of its work;2. permissible will be carried out from Monday to Friday, at 8:00 a.m., after finishing classes; changes in the times of transport and pick-up of students are allowed due to the organization of classes, after consultation with the directors of the institutions;3. transport route includes delivery student...
