- Detailed description of the subject of the order:
1. The subject of the order includes:
a. transporting/dropping students to/from primary schools run by the Śrem Commune;
b. transportation of third-grade students of primary schools and students of sports departments with a swimming profile from/to Primary School No. 6 in Śrem for swimming lessons carried out at/from the facility of Śremski Sport Sp. z o. o. street Staszica 1a, 63-100 Śrem.
2. Subject of the order specified in point 1 a-b will be implemented over a period of 24 months from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2027 (in accordance with Annex No. 14 to the SWZ). Deliveries/drop-offs students to/from primary schools run by the Śrem Commune will be carried out during the school year on weekdays, with the exception of summer and winter breaks. Transport/drop-off of primary school students to/from the Śremski Sport Sp. facility. z o. o. will take place on the days when the facilities educational institutions carry out teaching and educational activities.
