- The subject of the order includes the provision of a transport service for public school students from the Ptnw commune and children undergoing the obligation of one-year kindergarten preparation from their place of residence to: the Local Government School Complex in Ptnow, the Local Government School Complex in Dzietrzniki, the Local Government School Complex in Zacz. Maym. with the provision of transport, after finishing classes, to the students' place of residence. In the 2025/2026 school year, 311 people will attend schools, while in the 2026/2027 school year there will be 309 of them. In order to compare the offers, the Ordering Party assumes an average number of 310 transported students. This is the arithmetic mean the previously indicated number of students in individual school years, which should be taken into account for calculation and preparation of the offer. The scope and method of implementing the subject of the order are specified in the Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The remaining scope of the order and the method of its implementation is regulated by Draft agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
