Transport of students to schools and kindergartens located in the Borek Wlkp. commune, including the provision of: care during transportation on school days in 2026, for which the Borek Wlkp. Commune is the managing authority.
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in transporting students to schools and kindergartens located in the Borek Wlkp. commune, along with providing care during transportation on school days in 2026, for which - in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2016, Education Law - the Borek Wielkopolski Commune is the managing body that covers the provision of transport services by means of transport (vehicles) adapted to public transport services for the purpose of transportation students from their place of residence (established meeting point) to school and from school to the student's place of residence (established meeting place) and ensuring care for students during the journey.
2. Students are transported on school days, excluding winter, spring, summer and other breaks. in science resulting from the calendar of the school year 2025/2026 and 2026/2027. In the event of making up for school classes on another day free from classes, transportation will be provided by the Contractor upon prior notification of the school principal. Transport will take place according to the student transport schedule annex to the contract.
3. The Contractor will use vehicles for transport that meet, in particular, the following conditions:
