- 1. The subject of the order is "Transportation of students who are residents of Mikołow to schools in 2026". 1.1. A service consisting in transporting students with supervision from a designated place to an educational institution and returning in accordance with a schedule prepared by the directors of educational institutions on schooling except Sundays, holidays and school-free days established on the basis of separate regulations. It is possible to change the transport hours for children in the event of changes resulting from the organization of the school year. 2. Type of order: service. 3. The order was divided into 2 parts*: Part 1: Transport of students who are residents of Mikołow to district schools and back in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Part 2: Transport of students with disabilities with care in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026. *A separate contract will be concluded for each part. 4. Detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ. 5. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
