- 1. The subject of the order includes transport - delivery by "walking floor" vehicles of waste with code 19 12 10 (substitute fuel) and waste with code 16 01 03 (used tires) from the Municipal Installation - Waste Utilization Center of Lusatian Communes in Lubań at ul. Bazaltowa 1 to Gorażdże Cement S.A., 47-316 Chorula, ul. Cementowa 1.
The estimated number of waste shipments covered by the subject of the order is approximately 650. The amount given should be treated as indicative. The contractor is not entitled to compensation in the event of failure to perform the number of transports indicated above.
The given quantity is estimated and the ordering party reserves the right to change this quantity + 20% at any time during the contract period.
2. Scope of the subject of the order:
a) The scope of the subject of the order - waste with code 19 12 10 (substitute fuel) includes:
- Arrangement with sufficient time in advance to guarantee delivery substitute fuel to the unloading point at the Gorażdże Cement S.A. Cement Plant.
Cementowa 1, a "walking floor" car to the Municipal Installation in Lubań at ul. Bazaltowa 1 in order to load it by the Ordering Party with waste code 19 12 10 (approx. 18 Mg each time, approx. 90 m3);
in Chorula at ul. Cementowa 1 on the date set for unloading;
- Unloading the cargo in accordance with the requirements of Gorażdże Cement S.A.
