Description:
The subject of the order is a service involving the transport of waste with codes 19 12 10 and 19 12 12 resulting from the processing of municipal waste. Transport will be implemented for the thermal waste transformation installation in Olsztyn (ITPO), ul. BUBLEWICZ 6, 10416 Olsztyn. In placesLoads will be municipal waste processing installations (iPOK) indicated in individual tasks. The order is divided into 6 parts marked as parts from 1 to 6. The minimum order size indicated in the contract in accordance with art. 433 points 4 PZP is 70 % of the amount specified as quantitybasic order - in relation to each part. Waste transport The Contractor is obliged to provide in accordance with applicable provisions, in particular the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1539, as amended) and the Act of 14 December 2012on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
