Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of transport and pick-up services for students to schools and kindergartens in the yszkowice commune in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, excluding school holidays. The services being the subject of the proceedings will be provided to students:- Primary School in yszkowice, - Kindergarten in yszkowice.2. The Contractor undertakes to provide transport services using its own means of transport, on individual routes, according to the agreed timetable. The routes on which the Contractor is obliged to provide transport services are specified in Annex No. 1 to this specification.3. the total number of students transported to schools and returned to their place of residence is: 221 students per day (+/- 10%). This number is an estimate and may change during the contract period.4. The settlement of the subject of the order will be made monthly based on the number actual kilometers traveled per day) times the number of days (pick-ups and pick-ups).5.
