Description:
1. The subject of the order is the transport of disabled students to schools and centers, along with providing them with care during transport in 2026. 2. The subject of this public procurement is the service of safe and punctual transport of disabled students from the Sukowice Commune to schools and centers and their return home, including care during transport. The service will be provided on every school day in the period from January 2026 to December 2026, excluding the summer break period (July-August 2026). 3. School days in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of August 11, 2017 on the organization of the school year (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1211) and the Regulation of the Minister of National Education and Sport of April 18, 2002 on the organization of the school year (Journal of Laws No. 46, item 432, as amended). 4.
