- Transport participants of the Senior+ Day Care Home from the city and commune of Strzegom to their destination, i.e.; ArmiiKrajowej 23 in Strzegom and back via the opposite route. Delivery will take place at the following times: - 07:30 09:00 arrival of participants - 14:00-15:30 - transport of participants, including two people who use a rehabilitation walker, the others use crutches. Transport is carried out on weekdays from Monday to Friday. The contractor is obliged to carry out trips during the day, in accordance with the attached schedule. listIt is required that all transported participants and the guardian (provided by the ordering party) be provided with seats. Participants should be delivered to the classes at 9:00. The Contractor is responsible for the correct transport and care.
