- The subject of the order is the provision of transport services for seniors from designated collection points to the Senior Day Home in Kolbuszowa, ul. Narutowicza 8 and transport from the Senior Day Home in Kolbuszowa, ul. Narutowicza 8 to designated collection points in the period from January 1, 2026. until June 30, 2026. The concept of transport of seniors means the transport of seniors from their place of residence to the Day Care Home for Seniors in Kolbuszowa, ul. Narutowicza 8 and their services from the Senior Day Home in Kolbuszowa, ul. Narutowicza 8 to their place of residence. The specificity of the main requirements is: 1) Maximum ID 27 persons will be held, subject to the provisions of Chapter III, section 5 point 5) SWZ, on working days from Monday to Friday; in the morning, take me to the Day Care Home for Seniors in Kolbuszowa until 9:00; after noon call back from 14:30.2) In emergency situations, e.g. during an epidemic or when necessary, maybe there will be a change in the afternoon time of transporting seniors to their homes.3) Delivery of seniors will take place on two routes, by one means of transport: a) Route I: Werynia Kolbuszowa ul.
