• Transport of children and students to and from kindergartens and schools Delivery of monthly school tickets for the transport of children and students to and from schools The subject of the contract in this procedure are transport services for children and students to primary schools and complexes school and kindergartens in the Nakło nad Notecią commune and for swimming pool classes in the 2026/2027 school year and delivery of monthly tickets. The subject of the order was divided into the following parts: PART 1 - Transport of children and students to and from kindergartens and schools PART 2 - Delivery of monthly school tickets for the transport of children and students to and from schools 1. The subject of the order includes transport services in the field of transport of children/students to primary schools and school and kindergarten complexes in the Nakło nad Notecią commune on school days, along with transporting these students to designated places after classes in the towns where children/students live, as part of the routes established by the Ordering Party. 2. The term delivery means delivery children/students from places designated for school and transportation from school to places designated in the children's/students' places of residence, along with ensuring safety and hygiene conditions when boarding, disembarking and transporting children/students by bus, in accordance with transport routes. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide services by means of transport adapted to transport children/students, meeting all safety, hygiene and road code requirements...
