and in buildings not equipped withcarried in wheelchair lifts with the participation of a third party) from their place of residence to the Dialysis Station of the 10th Military Clinical Hospital with Polyclinic - SPZOZ in Bydgoszcz, and then transport of patients to their place of residence.
