- The subject of the order is: Transport of students in the Rozogi Commune through the purchase of monthly tickets in 2026. The contractor must implement this subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of law, and in particular in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2001 on road transport (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1490 from Mon. as amended) and the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended). Students will be transported as part of regular transport in accordance with Art. 4 points 7 of the Act of September 6, 2001 on road transport (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1490, as amended). Przewz regular public transport of persons and their luggage at specified intervals and specified routes, on the terms specified in the Act and in the Act of November 15, 1984, Transport Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1262, as amended). Addresses of schools and kindergartens and starting times of classes: 1) Primary School in Rozogi ul. Rynek 13 - hours 8:00,2) Local Government Kindergarten in Rozogi, ul. 8:003) School and Kindergarten Complex in Dbrowy, Dbrowy 238 - hrs. 8:00,4) School and Kindergarten Complex in Klon, Klon 96 - 8:40.
