2. The subject of the order includes: 1) The duty will be performed on all days on which teaching, care or educational activities will take place in: a) the School and Education Center. Friends of Children in Lubin, ul. Committee of National Education 6, 59 300 Lubin, b) School Complex No. 2 in Lubin, ul. Szpakowa 1, 59 300 Lubin.2) The execution of the subject of the order will consist in transporting from Monday to Friday at least 18 students/children to institutions in Lubin.3) Route: Chocianw (ul. Odwodnia, ul. Bohaterow Wojska Polskiego, ul. Sportowa, ul. Zamkowa, ul. Kociuszki, ul. Kolejowa, Plac Woloci, street Wesoa, ul. Trzebnicka), Chocianowiec, Trzebnice, abice, Brunw, Lubin (ul. Szpakowa, ul. Committee of National Education and others, if necessary, e.g. Non-public Primary School Dar Losu in Lubin) 4) At the same time, it is noted that during the task implementation period the route may be extended to the towns of Ogrodzisko and Szklary Dolne, if there is a need to transport a child living in the villages of Ogrodzisko and Szklary Dolne.
