Description:
1) The subject of the skew is removed by the cutting of trees, attaching the crown of trees, removal of possible memorized gas at the OT KOWR operation in Krakow, along with the purchase of obtained wood in the scope and locations given in the skew documents. when using your own equipment, e.g. organs, internal combustion rods, transport RODKW, or other auxiliary materials, necessary to implement the subject of the contract. 3) it should be carried out in accordance with the applicable law, technical knowledge, principles of art and health and safety at 4) in terms of the removal Removal of trees The contractor will be obliged to: a) cut out trees, constituting the subject of the plait in accordance with the applicable law, i.e. the Act of Protection Law, the Act of Nature Conservation and the Act on Waste, b) tooling the cutting area through the projection and utilization of residues after drained trees (gauze of gaunt and wywy) and the arrangement of other waste arising as a result of the works carried out, in accordance with the accurate common regulations, c) obtaining a specific opinion, it is worth obtaining the acquired market wood ...
