Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of a service regarding the transport of liquid waste in the area of the Sono Commune in an estimated amount of up to 18,000 m2, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (with the reservation that in the event of signing the contract after the indicated initial date, the contract will be valid from the date of signing until December 31, 2026.) The minimum volume of services during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract is: 14,000 m3. The Municipal Utilities Plant in Sona has signed contracts with residents, companies and institutions for the collection and treatment of liquid waste. The Contractor's task will be to collect liquid waste from septic tanks from the above-mentioned entities and deliver it to a catchment station that meets the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 4, 2023 on the conditions for introducing liquid waste into catchment stations (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1716). This task must be performed promptly, i.e. within 24 hours of receiving the order from the Ordering Party's employee and uninterruptedly.
