Description:
1. The order concerns the purchase of two differently specialized vehicles for the collection and transport of municipal waste.
2. The Ordering Party does not allow the purchase of vehicles or their bodies as used elements.
3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, provided that the offer iss and include at least one complete vehicle with complete bodywork.
4. The scope of the subject of the order includes:
a) Vehicle with bodywork in accordance with the specification included in Chapter III of the Request for Proposal No. 1/NFOŚ/2023 of September 5, 2023
b) Declaration(s) of compliance with applicable standards onoffered bodywork;
c) Vehicle documentation in accordance with the provisions of Polish law in force on the date of delivery;
d) Technical and operational documentation for the installation, in particular the operating manual in Polish;
e) Delivery to the project implementation site and functionality check;
f) Conducting training for the Ordering Party's employees in the field of operation.
