Description:
The competition is a study and implementation competition. Based on the implementation part of the Competition Work, Design Documentation will be prepared, constituting the basis for the implementation of the Investment. The study part of the Competition Concept will be used by the Organizer in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations i.e. for planning purposes of the Michałowice Commune. The scope of the competition study and the subject of the competition were marked and described in detail in the Competition Materials (Appendices No. 7a and 7b to the Regulations).
The prizes in the Competition are cash prizes and an invitation to the Competition Participant The competition entry received the 1st Prize for negotiations in the single-source procurement procedure, in order to provide a service based on the scope of implementation of the competition entry. If negotiations conducted in the single-source procurement mode with the Competition Participant of the selected Competition Work do not lead to conclusion of the Public Procurement Agreement, the Ordering Party may invite to negotiations in this mode the competition participant whose competition entry received the second highest score. The subject of the service is described in the Important provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to Regulations.
