Description:
The subject of the order is the Tychy Hub of the Green Economy.
The scope of the subject of the contract includes: construction of an office building with technical infrastructure, land development, greenery, construction of a transformer station and facility equipment based on the adaptation of the existing reinforced concrete structure unfinished municipal school building in Tychy at al. Marshal Piłsudski together with the performance of necessary temporary and accompanying works.
The subject of the contract also includes obtaining a decision on the permission to use and maintain greenery for a period of 12 months from the date of signing final acceptance protocol of works and 6 -month operation of optimization and training of the operator of operator of heating, ventilation and air -conditioning devices.
The subject of the contract should be completed on the basis of the developed project documentation, in accordance with the decision of the Mayor of Tychy No. 183/2023 of 26.07.2023 and in accordance with the Construction Law and executive acts issued on its basis, construction art, technology of performing works, technical specifications, as well as guidelines of manufacturers of products and building materials.
