Description:
General requirements regarding the subject of the order: 3.1.1. The scope of the order includes the provision of maintenance services during the period of 15 months, consisting in technical maintenance of parking meters of the delivered system. 3.1.2. The contractor will ensure the availability of an authorized service, but the response time cannot be longer than 30 minutes from reporting the failure, and the failure itself should be removed immediately, but no later than within 1 hour and 30 minutes during the operation of the SPP, and in the case of a complicated failure requiring replacement of a part of the parking meter - up to 6 hours.3.1.3.The contractor should demonstrate knowledge and experience by presenting documents confirming the proper performance of at least 2 services consisting in servicing devices for paying parking fees, the so-called parking meters, worth at least PLN 400,000 from the net of each.3.1.4.The Contractor will be obliged, among others, to: to: a) make software changes or upgrade devices to adapt to changes in local or national law without the right to claim a change in remuneration, b) organizing a service ensuring constant operational readiness of parking meters and computer software necessary for proper functioning SPP.3...
