Description:
The subject of the order is: Production and delivery of calendars with the logo of the University of Opole for employees.1. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the description of the subject of the order/agreement.2. Materials necessary to complete the order referred to in the item description orders/agreements will be forwarded to the Contractor on the day of conclusion of the contract via e-mail.3. Delivery of the subject of the order (calendars) will be carried out by the Contractor in the packaging provided by the Contractor (protecting its damage during transport/unloading/carrying in). e.g. in the form of boxes), transport provided by the Contractor (including unloading and bringing in calendars), at his risk and within the remuneration specified by the Contractor in the offer.4. Whenever the order documentation mentions permissible color combinations described in color scales e.g. CMYK, Pantone, equivalent color scales are also allowed, enabling printing in the same color regardless of the printing machine used.5.
