1. The subject of the contract is:
a) developing two separate multi -branch documentation design and coster thermomodernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation) and reconstruction with the implementation of construction equipment design for buildings located in Gdańsk at:
-Inica less than 1, registration plot No. 244, precinct 059;
-Rybitwy 2, registration plot No. 194, precinct 059.
b) obtaining an administrative decision for conducting construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration body, enabling the start of construction works by the Ordering Party,
c) execution of one -off investor cost estimates;
d) exercise author's supervision in the field of:
-confirming in the course of construction works compliance with the project,
-to introduce the possibility of introducing replacement solutions in relation to those provided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or investor supervision inspector and in accordance with with the contract concluded.
