Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation of external partitions and structure elements as well as installation inside and outside the gas installation in a residential, multi -family building at ul. Partyzantow 40A in Gdańsk as part of the project "Comprehensive thermomodernization with accompanying worksmunicipal buildings in the districts of Olszynka, Orunia and Wrzeszcz Gorny ".
2. The work of works includes:
a) demolition works and dismantling:
-demonstration of a wooden outbuilding at premises No. 3,
-demonstration of existing gas cabinets,
-demonstration of secondary elements on the facade,
-demonstration of sodium and existinginsulation between the rafters,
-demonstration of tiled stoves,
-the asset of external plasters
-demonstration for the duration of work, then re-installation of wooden stairs to the attic,
-demonstration of the existing gas installation from boilers and gas cookers to the existing gas cabinet,
b) worksGeneral construction:
-composition of the pavement from paving stones,
-removal of an external ramp for disabled people,
-reproduction and reconstruction of external stairs,
-removal of a gravel band along the western, northern and southern facades,
-removal of horizontal insulation of the external structural wallsand internal,
-removal of vertical insulation of external and internal foundation walls,
-launching cellars with brick-concrete debris,
-reproduction and insulation of the floor on the ground,
-extinguishing and sealing of the scratches and pissing of the facade,
-perception of external walls,
