- 1. The subject of the contract is thermomodernization and renovation with the renovation of construction equipment in a residential, multi -family building at ul. Zielna 25 in Gdańsk as part of the project "Comprehensive thermomodernization with works accompanying municipal buildings in the districts of Olszynka, Orunia andWrzeszcz Gorny ".
2. The work of the works includes:
a) demolition and disassembly works
-demonstration of secondary elements on the facade,
-removal of the design from the space between the ceiling beams,
-the asset of external plasters,
-plaster, replenishing the walls of the staircase,
furnaces,
b) General construction works:
-removal of excavations to the level of foundation benches for insulation,
-composition of the injection of external walls and internal structural walls of the building,
-compositionnorthern and southern,
-seizure and repair of cracks, and cleaning the outer walls,
-removal of wreaths concentrating the walls of the facade,
-fastening of the external walls,
-nipping and painting of external walls,
-removal of the facade of the plinthKrokiew,
-Taking out the impregnation of the roof truss,
-melting with mineral wool of the alleged flat roof and the ceiling in part of the attic,
-the existing roof window on the flat roof on the roofing,
-relief and plastering of chimneys,
